10% to hold your start date. After that you pay as each stage passes inspection, and the last 10% after your walkthrough.
We do. The permit is pulled in our name, we schedule every inspection, and we meet the inspector on site.
Most builds take three to six weeks on site. You get a start date in writing, and we keep it.
Our workmanship is covered for 5 years in writing: the frame, the fastening, the stairs and the rails. Board makers cover their materials for up to 50 years, and we register that for you.
